Suggest Remedy For Trapped Nerve With Slight Dizziness

Hi i have a trapped nerve. Following physio the pain has gone from my neck/shoulder but i now have pins and needles in both hands and slight dizziness. Itcheness had gone from my neck but is starting to come back. How do i stop all of this. I have had it now for 6 weeks

Respected Sir, Hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.there are definitive signs of nerve compression dear . follow certain steps to get some help * do regular physiotherapy and light exercises of the concerned joints * avoid heavy weight lifting * In my clinic I suggest Methylcobalamine course for 10-15 days * MRI would of further help if not performed till now.
