Suggest Remedy For Tremors In The Jaw And Tongue

I'm 32 years old and have had some neurolological issues for the past 2 years. Tremors in my jaw.lips and tongue. Speech problems as well as tremors in my left hand. My grandmother passed away seven years ago from Olivopontocerebellar Atrophy. I have seen two neurologist who said that I suffer from migranes. They have taken a MRI of my brain and said it looks good? Here is a list of my symptoms; tired all the time, numbness in my hands, eye tremors and black spots when I look down then up. Problems with my bowl movements. I have tried toppamax, primidone and now I'm on carvo/levo. All of these medications have not stopped my mouth tremors. I have seen a Maxillofacial doctor who said it was muscle dystonia. Can you give me any advise?
Thank you,
Mysty
