Suggest Remedy For Trouble In Bending The Right Knee

Hi. I had an ankle fusion surgery last February. In December (2010) I had an achiles tendon surgery to lengthen it; same foot (right). I recently went wakeboarding and had a hard time. I have trouble bending my right knee when boarding. I would like to know if there is anything I can do to get that range of motion back. I also have tarsal coalition in my right foot.
