Suggest Remedy For Twisted Ankle With Lumps On Bone

hi there today i was playing football and i twisted my ankle really badly, now i have broken my ankle about 4 years ago when it was driven over by a car, and since i twisted my ankle today i have really bad pain and i have a swollen lump just underneath the bone that sticks out on the inside of the ankle and it is also really sore to touch all around that bone , what must i do ? thanks very much
