Suggest Remedy For Twitching On Laying Down

Hello, my name is Abigail Sharp. I do not know why, but everytime I lay down, I start to twitch. When I am laying down next to someone, they think that something is wrong with me. All i want to know is what is it that causes it and why I do it! Can you please help me?
