Suggest Remedy For Typical Pneumonia Infection

I believe I have picked up an infection from a grandson who has recently been hospitalised with atypical pneumonia. I have been taking Sudafed PE, but came across a script for Cephalexin caps 500mg. Would these do the job of clearing the system of infection? I believe my immune system is low having gone through chemo and radiation last year for breast cancer. Thank you in anticipation. It is possible that the antibiotics (if you have no previous history of allergies to them ) may help with pneumonia if it is present.

If there is no improvement in your symptoms then you may need to see your doctor for additional treatment.
