Suggest Remedy For Uncomfortable Feeling Post Intake Of Novelon For Irregular Periods
hi iam pradnya. i am suffering irregular period from three months. i have thoriod problem. I operted thriod one gland(left). At present docte suggested novelon tablet. yesterday i took one pill. But today i feel very uneasy like long breath, weakness.please suggest what can i do. i have thyronorm 75 mcg talet.

Novelon can withdrawn as these are side effects, ask your physician to give another tablet. May be you can ask other gynecologist for treatment and if you have not repeated thyroid hormones for the past 3 months, you can repeat them. There can be dose modification needed and routine tests can be done to rule out another cause [CBC differential, ESR, spirometry].
You must join sukshm yoga and breathing exercise [art of living online ombw or happiness course] it have much promising effect on thyroid problems and menses related sickness it will really help you. Take simple natural diet [fruits, vegetables, salads, lots of water], do not take caffeine, non-veg, alcohol, smoking, canned fruits. You can take antioxidants [amla, aloe vera, basil, turmeric, lemon, oranges] and few days nestabs tablets for 5 days in a month. Smile more, listen to music, be with good friends and family.
