Suggest Remedy For Unusual Vaginal Bleeding

hi sorry i have unusual bleeding.. i had my period over a week ago now and take pill regularly and have never been irregular.. just now i wen tto the toilet and bright red blood came out, I made sure it was not rectal before i was concerned.. it was vaginal. I have had an upset stomache for two days now and am absolutely fatigued and depressed.
