1. Probably suffering from LBA (low back ache) thus following is/are recommended guidelines:
A. In Acute Pain: 
. Complete bed rest
. Good  painkiller (
diclofenac,
indomethacin, 
nimesulide): thrive daily after food
. Short course 
steroid with 
Antacid and acid inhibitor 
. Mild Tranquiliser (alprazolam)
. Short wave Diathermy for Lumbar spine
B. Once the acute pain subsides:
. Maintenance dose of painkiller ( 1 daily after food)
. Calcium and Iron Tablet.
. Back Exercises to increase back muscle tone
C. Maintain straight back posture while standing or sitting
. Avoid bending forward & lifting heavy weights.
. Sleep on hard mattress. 
. Gentle massage with Rubefacient ointment
. Use Lumbosacral belt to support the spine and prevent bending. 
D. If no relief with routine treatment, pain is very severe,ask for 
. Hb%, X-ray LS-Spine and Orthopaedic opinion.
