Suggest Remedy For Urinating Problem, Lower Back And Groin Pain With Fever

I am having urination problems for couple weeks in the last 2 days low grade fewer and lower back and groin paid added (mild but persistent). My doctor is not answering my calls today. Should I go to ER. I feel uncomfortable may be it is not an ER problem

It may be UTI or renal calculi.Get one USG KUB and Urine R/M done.Also take plenty of oral fluids.Take rest.
