OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi Yolanda, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Bleeding in early pregnancy can be due to:
1. Abortion
2. Ectopic pregnancy
3. Bleeding around the foetus( subchorionic haemorrhage)
The diagnosis can be confirmed by proper examination and ultrasound.
Pain in lower abdomen can be due to Abortion or ectopic pregnancy.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
