Suggest Remedy For Vaginal Boils/bumps

For several months I have had what I beleive to be boils on my vaginal area. I also had a small one under my arm & my wrist. I also had small red bumps with white in the middle on my stomach. They would get better but leave what looked like a small bruise. I know have small red dots on my arms. It looks like staff. I have been to the doctor several times & have taken antibioctics but nothing seems to help.
