Suggest Remedy For Vaginal Bumps

I have bump like scars right under the opening to my vagina, they itch and when I have sex it hurts really bad like its taring my skin or something. They don't leak anything but they bleed if I scratch at them. I didn't have these but after I got pregnant and started having more sex they showed up.
