Suggest Remedy For Vaginal Bumps

Hi. I noticed that a couple days ago a bump began to form and get bigger on the side of my vagina. A few hours ago it started leaking blood that was familar to menstrual blood. I've never engaged in sexual intercourse so I'm not sure as to why this occurred. I'm 22 years of age and this has never occurred.
