Suggest Remedy For Vaginal Infection And Irritation From NuvaRing

i just started nuvaring, some of the side effects are Vaginal infections and irritation & Fluid retention. I have these symptoms & it's so itchy & kinda hurts when i itch, what do i do? take it out & try a diffrent birth control? or tough threw it?
