Suggest Remedy For Vaginal Infection & Irregular Menstruation

Hi doc,i'm 27yrs old,5ft 6inch tall.about 70kg body weight.my body is very sensitive,so i use 2 hv vaginal infectns 2 often.bt i do go to the hospital for treatment.bt the problem now is that i had a pregnancy abortion for a year now,and since then i have been experiencing irregular mestration.and whenever i have my period blood is dark and thick like a blood clot.And my breast is still producing milk.what do i do i'm confused.pls hep!u
