Suggest Remedy For Vaginal Infection

I am not sexual active but I am having oral sex. The outside of My vagina is burning and it hurts worse when I'm wiping with toilet paper. The outside appearance looks normal but it does not feel normal. Do you think I have a vaginal infection? If so do I need to see my doctor?
