Suggest Remedy For Vaginal Itchiness And Discharge

When i wipe my vagina there is a white residue that sort of flakes off. I also have a very sore clitorous when wiping. When taking a closer look today i noticed that there is a white discharge that is on my vagina. It is not milky or liquid like, its just sort of there. It also isnt making my vagina itchy. What could this be?
