Suggest Remedy For Vaginal Itching And Dryness

I am a 60 year old women. I have not had sex of any kind on over 5 years. My private area (lips) is very dry and itchy and I get scaly skin. What can cause that ? Thank you for your time, Ellen

In women with your age, due to low hormonal levels, vagina will become dry, scaly and itchy. Check for estrogen levels in your blood. Tropically you can apply any moisturizer cream or lotion twice daily to prevent from further drying. Keep the area under good hygiene.
