Suggest Remedy For Vaginismus

I have been diagnosed with vaginismus for nearly a year now and have been going to therapy However I feel it isn't helping me,it has helped to strengthen and improve my relationship a lot but not my medical problem.I am going to see my gp tomorrow to ask about other options as I can't even use the smallest dilators.can you give me any ideas os what else I can try?
