Differential diagnosis of vertigo with hearing loss include meniere disease,Cerebello pontine angle tumors, otosclerosis, ototoxic medications .As your ct scan is normal tumors can be excluded.Ear uneasiness or fullness is also a feature of meniere disease. So likely diagnosis is meniere disease. The treatment includes salt restriction, avoidance of caffeinated beverages, drugs are usually given during acute attack, tab vertin for 3 months, regular follow up with doctor.
