Suggest Remedy For Vibrating Feeling In The Back Of Leg

I have a vibrating feeling in the back of my left leg. It feels almost like the blood in the back of my thigh is being obstructed in some way and what i feel is the blood pushing through. Is this something that i need to have checked immediately?
