Suggest Remedy For Vibrations In Stomach And Chest Area

Hi Doctor,I have been facing some weired sensation and particularly vibrations in my trunk area (near stomach to chest are) since last 3 year. All of a sudden vibration starts and suddenly stops too, but some time it will last longer, its very annoying feeling, I feel like something is going in my heart area.When all of a sudden that vibrations stops i feel like something is going out from my body. i feel dull.I concerned some doctor but in no vain.Can you please let me know the exact cause, so that my search reach to specialist doctor.Thankx and regards Feroz Khan
