Suggest Remedy For Vision Problem

I just had refractive lens exchange on my right eye 2 weeks ago, I can see a little close up but not good at all distance, went back to the doctor 9 days later, he said that my eye was not measured properly, there fore my vision is off, he said to wait until it heals and then do Lasik surgery on the eye, shouldn t he replace the lens and make it right? It cost $4200 for one eye, I haven t had the left one done yet.
