General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to a common cold or flu.
I suggest to give them Calpol every six hours for the fever.
I also suggest to give them a mucolytic for the cough such as Mucinex.
I recommend to give them liquids and rest.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
