Suggest Remedy For Warm Bumps On The Lower Lip Region

Occasionally the right side of my bottom lip will become warn, tingly and have an itching sensation. A small warm bulge or bump appears on the outside. This on the lower lip line. It lasts for around 45 minuets. The first time it happened I thought it was an insect bite but now i know that is not the case because it happens randomly and in the same spot.
