Suggest Remedy For Water Filled In Knee

Ratnesh.Hasolkar Age 19yrs Gender Male. He is not able to stand on this right leg 2yrs back he had an injuri in this knee while playing kabadi (sports) that time shown to the nearest Dr.Arbert at Kalyan.Dr.Arbert recommended for an knee opration so my parents dint agree for operation and they go for only medicine treatment. Since after 2yrs he is not recovered. Now we did his MRI test, Knee scaning, ANA test etc. inside knee water is fill. Now it become more complicated and people are suggesting different different tests. Now we dont want to do any experiement on my brothers body. please suggest me what to do. awating for your replay.
