Suggest Remedy For Weak Joints
hi,
i have weak joints and this has been going on since 1992, i am 32 years old now and i am confused. i last had milk/eggs when i was 6 years old and i grew up without taking milk/calcium products. it was bcoz of a deasease that i had and i was told to stop milk during the treatment when i was young, when i healed they said i can now take milk but i ddnt like it then. could this be one cause or maybe its another cause.
