Suggest Remedy For Weakness Of Muscles In The Right Side

I have been feeling a unilateral weakness in the muscles on my right side, in the back of the head, the arm, the jaw, and the leg, and my eye on the right side is having trouble seeing things a little further away. I have been told I have anxiety but I am starting to doubt this is the cause, and this has gone on for about a week. I have had a CT Scan and it came out negative, and I have no insurance so I am unlikely to see a neurologist easily. Can you help me?
