i have been exhausted beyond measure, doing simple task has been enough to get me tired, however the tiredness has improved as I bought vitamin and mineral pills. I get extremely hungry as if I am ging to faint if I dont eat anything. A few weeks ago my body was sore, constipated (still am a bit)) bloated and fart a lot. I have extreme headaches. and am now urinating a lot. I feel nausea all the time, it doesnt matter whether its in the morning, noon or night. I did a prg test and it came out negative and last month I was on my periods
Your constipation is causing you trouble. It could be due to hypothyroidism. Please get your thyroid test done and get treated. You are having other problems because of thyroid problem. You have to drink lots of water, eat green leafy vegetables and fruits, avoid fast food and bakery products.
