Suggest Remedy For Weeping Skin Abrasions In The Groin Area

I had sex with a condom with a new sex partner. She had short stiff pubic hair, now I have abrasions at the base of the penis, with weeping blisters near hair follicles. One area of abrasion is missing surface skin and is also weeping. There is no pus or other symptoms.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What abrasions you have got is due to rough pubic hair friction during the act. Since there is no pus, it means that the wound is clean. What fluid is coming out is just tissue fluid.
You need not worry much about it as it would heal by taking the following measures:
1. Clean the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon thrice daily.
2. Following drying, apply Neomycin ointment.
In the process of healing, it may itch. You can overcome it by taking tablet Levocetrizine.
Take care to wear loose fitting undergarments so you would give adequate atmosphere for the lesions to heal.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
