Suggest Remedy For Weight Gain, Exhaustion And Lethargy

I am a 60 year old female and have never been on HRT. I have gained weight, am exhausted, have no energy and I am tired of being overweight and tired. I have absolutely no energy to work out and am trying to eat right. I have just resigned from a very stressful job but NEED to do something about my weight! Can you suggest something?

OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,
Since your symptoms point to hormone disturbance, I would ask you to see a physician or an endocrinologist for a complete evaluation. Once clarified, further management can be planned. Meanwhile, you may also plan a healthy diet, regular exercise and joining a fitness care for proper training. Have plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables in your diet. Take adequate liquid. You should also get your cardiac, hepatic and renal status checked. Hope your query has been answered. Wish you good health.
