Hi Dr, I need your suggestion regarding weight gaining tips, I really want to put on some weight, could you suggest any safe vitamin, I used to take unicap m but that not available in the store now. For the past 5 years I am not taking any vitamin. By profession I am architect and have very busy schedule, some time skip my meals. thanks for asking at HCM. Well I have read your question and understand your concern. Well just vitamins only are not enough as far as weight gain is concerned. to put on some weight you need a protenicious diet, (commercially available whey protein are also good) in addition with workout in gym. But the workout should not be more than 3 days a weak and not strenuous as well, as if it is strenuous and 5 to 6 days a week it may result in weight loss. thanks Dr Taimoor
