Suggest Remedy For Weight Loss And Arrythmia In An Elderly Person

My mom is 83 years old and was in the hospital about 4 weeks ago as a result of a lower abdomen bowel obstruction and afib. She was in the hospital for 5 days and had surgery for the hernia so that part is fine. While in hospital she lost weight and to date has lost 17lbs and has a very little appetite. The cardiologist was concerned because she had a 3 second delay in her heart beat and arrythmia. They put a chip in her chest and gave her a unit that reads her blood pressure and sends a report to a center. Her doctor put her on Amiodarone 2x daily and I think it s a total of 400mg. She was getting stronger but yesterday she woke up feeling awful, she said she felt very dizzy and and extremely weak and ended up lying down for 2 hours. My mom is physcially strong and used to moving around and doing things for herself and now she is moving around slowly and seems to be getting depressed. She took her blood pressure when she had the dizzy spell and it was 111/55 is this normal given her age and circumstances? Is the dizziness and weakness something to be concerned about?
