Suggest Remedy For Weird, Rumbling, Loud Sensation Like Spasming In Ear After Burps And Hiccups

Hello. For the last two weeks I've had a weird sensation in my ear. Sometimes it happens for no reason, but it almost always happens when I have a burp/hiccup. Following when I burp, my ear drum starts like, rumbling or fluttering you could say. Its loud and annoying, but it doesn't really hurt. It kind of feels like something spasming, so I'm not sure if that's what it is. If it is, why did this start out of no where and why? Is there anything I can do about it? I'm ready to rip my ear off.

hi and thanks for the query,
the eustachina tube connects the back of the throat to the inside of the ear.
pressure changes in the throat can get transmitted into the ear through the tube. it happens when the tube malfunctions.
you can try decongestant nose drops like otrivin.
instill 3 drops in each nostril 3 times daily for 5 days and follow it up with steam.
these drops open the tube and help it fuction better.
