Suggest Remedy For Wetness And Bad Odor Near Genital Area

Hi, i've been noticing that my underwear is always wet and has an odor to it. i dont always notice a color to it and it mostly just feels like i pee'd but i didn't. im still a virgin so im sure its not an STD but i know u can still get some kind of infection. could it have anything to do with my blood pressure meds? im taking 50 mg metoprolol daily. pls help!
