Suggest Remedy For White Clusters In Labia

I have clusters of small white spots around my labia (not inside - but between the inner and outer) they are pointed and when I squeeze them, nothing comes from it. I had a cervical swab taken around 6 months ago, the test came out clear for HPV/Cervical Cancer (i think both?) but it has only been in the last 3-4 months that I have noticed these spots. Do you think it is HPV? I dont know what to do. My partner has shown no symptoms but weve been together for 6-7 months and I havent yet asked seriously about when his last screening was. I'm quite scared about this.
