Suggest Remedy For White Rubbery Vaginal Discharge

I was just taking a shower n was washing dwn there... I noticed I had a white cottoge cheese discharge n it is rubberish.. I'm so scared.. went for a check up last wed and was told I had some infection because I douce and use tampons... but I haven't been taikng the meds they gave me right... I've been taking it like once a day because I really don't like to take meds... HELP PLEASE!!!!
