Suggest Remedy For White Spots On Throat With Clogged Feeling

I am a 54 year olf female. I saw mu GP 3 weeks ago because it felt like food was getting stuck in mt throat. I have no lymphendema, strep culture negative but there is a raise white spot aprox 3mm on the back of my throat which is said is a reaction to an inflammed lymph node and what I had was viral. wam saline gargles are not helping and I still have that food getting caught sensation

I recommend consulting with an ENT specialist for a physical exam, in order to exclude a possible local infection. I would also recommend performing a throat swab for fungal infection.
