Suggest Remedy For White Stringy Discharge In Urine Post Unprotected Sex

I have been having white stringy worm like substance in my urine for a couple weeks my girlfriend had a bladder infection a while back and a kidney stone could u have passed the infection to me through sex and what should I do I have no pain or discomfort just substance in my urine it s worse in the morning when I wake up

I understand your concern.
Experiencing white discharge in urine after unprotected intercourse could be early symptoms of urinary tract infection. It might have been contacted from your partner as she had urinary bladder infection and kidney stone.
Kindly get the following investigations done:
1. Urine routine examination.
2. Urine culture and sensitivity test.
In case, the report is indicative of infection, you need to take a course of appropriate antibiotics to overcome the infection.
In case, the report does not indicate infection, you can take symptomatic treatment by drinking good quantities of fluids and citrus fruit juices to overcome the same.
