Suggest Remedy For White Vaginal Bumps

Hi I have clusters of white bump looking things near my vagina hole, and yellow discharge. Also it sometimes burned when I peed so I thought it was just a yeast infection. I took medicine for it but it didn't help. I've never had this issue before and im sexually active, so what is it?
