Suggest Remedy For White Vaginal Discharge

I have got white discharge since four months ...now doc has advised for AF kit...for my boyfriend n me but my bf refused to take any medication as such...I m not understanding why I've got this vaginal infection n how it can b cured...m planning for a baby but got irregular periods too...vaginal infection has made my life worse since my bf keeps abusing for such problem saying I keep relationships with other men..plz advise
