Suggest Remedy For Wound And Bleeding From Anus Due To Anal Sex

Last night I Accidentally Had Anal Penetration With My Boyfreind, I Now Have A Split Around My But Hole It Was Bleeding And I Was In A Lot of Pain. He Told Me I Passed Out With My Eyes Open And I Stopped Breathing For A Min, I Put Pressure On It, Got In A Tub Of Warm Water.My Boyfriend Dabbed Alcohol onto it. How Long Will I Take To Get Better And Will It Be Painful If I Defecate?

I have read your query & understand your question.
- It seems the injury you received after anal sex was deep one. The bleeding can be from injury to the blood vessels / muscles around anus- which may result in anal incompetence, loosing control over bowel movements.
- A superficial injury can heal within a time of one week with cleaning of the part/ antibiotic ointment application.
- But as you have bleeding to the extent of making you unconscious, it seems a deeper injury. I would advise consultation of an ano rectal surgeon for specific advise after rectoscopic examination .You may need medications along with repair of the wound as per depth of the injury.
