Suggest Remedy For Wrinkly Penis Tip

hello. i have been having problems with my penis. its wrinkly in the tip and when having sex the foresking pulls behind the head and gets stuck there and it also hurts when it does that. i also had a litlle cut in the tip after sex. the tip is also red sometimes .

If you had unprotected sex - need to rule out sexually transmitted infection. If not it can be due to phimosis. Share a picture for conformation. Also, check for blood sugar.
