Suggest Remedy For Wrist Pain

my wrist was recently hurt very badly . i went to the doctor and they said it wasnt broken but might be fracturd or badly sprained . i was supposed to get a call today telling me what happened and i havent recieved the call yet and the bad part is that i fell erlier and hurt my wrist again .. should i go bak to the docotr?
