Suggest Remedy Painful Sore In Nose

Hi My name is christina. A week ago I suffered a severe headache that caused me to see double and go to the ER. The following morning a sore came up in my nose and is sooo painful its been seven days strong with Orange crust and huge swelling and now is growing outside of my nose. What is it?

It may be impetigo or nasal dryness or scab or herpes infection or folliculitis, etcetera.

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is.
