Suggest Remedy Swelling And Soreness In Ankles And Feet

I am 38 years old ,I started with swelling in my ankles and feet that progressivly became worse. I had m varicous veins checked had mulitiple lab work done and nothing shows up. My hands and feet also became very stiff more so in the morning. They are treating me for lymph edema but, state I' m not the typical patient and are unsure if I have it. My swelling is better but the stiffness in my hands and feet are worse. I just want to know what it is. Could It be a virus? However this has been going on for almost 6 months. I just some answers. I'm an active person and not overweight. I had gained some weight at first with the swelling but, not Ihave actually lost some weight. Please help!
