Suggest Remedy To Avoid Pregnancy After Unprotected Sex

Hello, I am 18 years old and I am afraid I may be pregnant. My boyfriend fingered me but before doing so he touched his own penis more than once. But he did not ejaculate. He did have a little precum on his penis. Before fingering me, his finger came in contact with the air and also probably my skin and his skin. IS there a chance that I am pregnant. This happened roughly 65 hours back. What should I do? Should I take a home pregnancy test? Should I take an i-pill? I also was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 18. And I get my periods on the 10th of every month, and I did this on the 31st of last month. Please guide me as to what I should do. I am scared.
