Suggest Remedy To Avoid Premature Delivery

hi .. i had a 2 babies that is pre mature .. my first son i was delivered him feb.12,2011 im pregnant 7 mos. and i delivered him 7mos. premature my due date is april 11,2011.. then my second son i delivered him 6mos. i delivered him sept.13, this yr. my due date is dec.12,2011. they both boy.. they died both..i want to know what can i do to avoid that incident.. im planning to have a baby by august next year.. pls tell me what to do to avoid pre mature labor.. im working now.. please give me some tips... i hope you can help me...

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that premature labor does not understood fully and what ever the step taken to prevent this not always gives the results so it all depends upon many factors and that need to be seen but your gynecologist better knew about this in my opinion it is best to discus this, take care and have a nice day.
