hi i m 20 years old my question is actually my sperm leak at night usually twice a week and i noticed this happen the night when there is pressure of pee.. and i m having backpain that morning.. please guide me i m very worried about it.. and how to minimize that leak of sperm.. waiting for yur response.. thanks
